The Taliban in Qatar

The Taliban opened this Tuesday in Diha, Qatar, a representative office for the promotion of the  a world dialogue A dozen Taliban and Qatari officials were present at the inauguration ceremony of the "political bureau of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan."
